AverageJoeBourbon’s very own Bourbon Martini. A very good drink for an upcoming Derby Party.
Start with putting ice water in your Martini Glass to chill it.
Mix
2 1/2 oz of Pinhook Rye
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
2-3 drops orange bitters
2-3 drops peach bitters
Bar spoon of simple syrup (can also make without this)
Pour in a mixing glass full of ice. Shake well and get it chilled.
Dump ice out of glass and pour Prosecco or Champagne in the glass. About 1 oz. Add a black cherry and a bar spoon full off of cherry juice.
Strain the mix in the glass and enjoy.
