AverageJoeBourbon and The Bearded One on Mixed Drinks Monday. This week another a Kentucky Derby tribute with the Kentucky Buck.
Mix together
2 to 2 1/2 oz of Pinhook Rye
1/2 oz of lemonade
1/2 oz of lemon juice
3/4 oz strawberry purée
Shake in ice.
Have ice in a rocks glass. I like Kentucky Straight Ice because it melts a lot slower allowing you time to enjoy the drink without it diluting.
Double strain the mix in to the glass of ice and then top with Ginger Beer. Then enjoy!
