AverageJoeBourbon on Whiskey Wednesday tasting Buzzards Roost Toasted Rye Whiskey! Local Business owner Jason Brauner that owns Bourbon’s Bistro here in Louisville started the brand and he’s doing a great job. Nice nose of burnt convection sugar with lots of toast/char/smoke. Taste light vanilla/honey in beginning then back with the burnt marshmallow in the middle and finishing with a brown spice and sugar.
